Stock items - All items shown on this website are, to the best of our knowledge, currently in stock. Orders should be placed through the site and customers can either purchase items as a guest or by registering on the website. There are benefits to registration, such as being able to view previous orders, quicker checkout processes and being able to store multiple addresses; very handy if orders need to be delivered to addresses other than the invoice address. You will be sent an automated email confirmation at every step; order confirmation, invoice on receipt of cleared funds, shipping confirmation (including tracking information) and credit memos when necessary. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of cleared funds.
Custom orders - When requesting a quote for custom items, you will need to provide an image or document containing as much information as possible about the item you want us to build for you. This should include a sketch or picture of the item, as many dimensions as possible (blade length, handle length, widths etc), colours and so on, as well as a description of the item. We can accept Word documents, PDFs, JPGs or PNG files. Images should be a maximum of 2000 x 2000px. Once we receive your request we will get a quote to you within 7 working days and include an estimated delivery time. You will be given a unique reference number and the item will be added to the website. You will need use the search box to find your item as it will not be visible on the site and will only be found with the unique reference number. You can then place your order in the usual way. There is no charge for quotations. However, please note requesting a quote does not mean you have ordered the item. This is merely a request for information. Your quote will be valid for 30 days and you are under no obligation to place an order. If you do not order the item within 30 days of the date the quote is issued it will be removed from the website.
Orders for custom items, once paid for, cannot be cancelled or returned and estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. This is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations pertaining to custom made goods. Please also be aware that PayPal buyer protection does not cover custom made goods.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept Paypal or BACS / cheque for order placed through the website. We prefer Paypal but understand that it's not for everyone. If you opt to pay by BACS / cheque the details you need will appear on the screen as soon as you select this option and will also be sent with your order confirmation. Your order will then be put on hold and the item reserved for you for seven days. As soon as your payment has cleared our account you will be sent an invoice and your goods will be despatched. If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, your order will be cancelled and the item returned to stock.
All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling. Due to currency fluctuations and bank charges, we do not accept payment in other currencies. There is an additional charge of £6 to cover bank charges when making payments from overseas banks.
All payments must be made in advance. We do not offer accounts and do not operate a "cash on delivery" system, nor do we start making a custom or special request item until we have received a confirmed, paid order. Please bear this in mind when ordering an item for delivery to an event (see Shipping and Delivery for further details of this service)
All prices on the site are correct at time of publication. We do not currently charge VAT.
Prices do not include shipping. To calculate the cost of shipping your order, use the shipping calculator in your shopping cart.
In the event of any price reduction, the original and special prices will both be displayed. All promotions such as multi-buy discounts will be applied in the checkout stage.
Shipping & Delivery
With the exception of custom orders, everything on this website is in stock and ready to send. All items will be shipped within two working days of receipt of cleared funds, provided the correct shipping option has been selected and paid for. We are unable to send orders until the correct amount has been paid. For deliveries within the UK we use My Hermes and UPS. Deliveries outside the UK are made by UPS.
If you are within the UK and need your order to be delivered on the next working day, you will need to place your order before 12:30pm UK time. If you need a timed or Saturday delivery, please let us know so that we can give you a revised quote for shipping.
All orders are tracked and insured and your order should arrive within 7 days of receipt of cleared payment for UK deliveries or 10 days for international orders, so if your order hasn't arrived within that timeframe, please let us know so that we can sort it out for you. Your parcel will need to be signed for so if you prefer, you can opt to have it sent to a different address from your invoice address (for instance, your work address) to save you the bother of having to trek across town to the delivery depot.
We are happy to deliver your order to you at any event we are attending and we provide a voucher code for each of these events which you can use for free delivery. However, in the event that you are unable to collect your order we will contact you to arrange payment for shipping it to you. If we are not able to deliver the order due to reasons at our end, we will contact you to confirm your delivery address and shipping will be free. In any case, orders placed for event collection must be paid for before the start of the event. We do not operate a "cash on delivery" system.
Returns & Replacements
Items usually get returned for one of 3 reasons:
- - You change your mind and no longer want them item or wish to exchange it for another item
- - The item is damaged
- - The item is not what you expected to receive
Should any of these situations arise, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your order so that we can arrange for the item to be returned to us. Depending on the reason for the return we may be able to arrange for collection at our expense. However, if you change your mind you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations pertaining to custom made items, you do not have the right to return custom made goods unless they are faulty, neither can you cancel your order once it is paid for
This does not affect your statutory rights.
As previously stated, you will be sent an email confirmation when you place your order. If any details are incorrect, please let us know immediately. If you register on the website you will be able to view your order at any time by logging onto your account.
Updating Account Information
If you register on the website you will be able to store information such as order history, delivery and invoice addresses. You will then be able to update this information yourself at any time by logging on to your account.
Privacy & Security
We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. If you make a purchase from us, we may e-mail you in the future with news and offers.
You can opt out of all marketing emails at any time. We will, however, still email you with information and documentation relating to any orders you place with us. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct the information promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using "cookies" which are stored in your browser. You can usually modify your browser settings to prevent this happening, however doing so might stop you from being able to use the site fully. Information collected in this way could be used to identify you unless your modify your browser settings.
