Over  the years, we've made quite a few interesting custom orders, some of which (frying pans and cricket bats for instance) have become part of our regular catalogue. So if there's anything you'd like for your character which yet can't find on our site, just let us know and we'll see what we can do.

You can send your request by letter or fax, or by email but whichever method you use, we'll need the following:

• a picture of what you want.This can be a photograph, line drawing or a link to an image online
• the size of the item. Overall length, width etc. Metric or imperial measures are fine
• materials you would prefer. For instance, carbon fibre cores, weighting etc.
• any particular designs or colours you want on the item (paint effects, handle binding etc.)
• Your initials and where you would like the item sent to (just country will be fine)

We will then use this information to give you an accurate quote for your item, including shipping. Here's what happens next.

• You will be given a quote number and the quote will be listed under the custom items on our "Non-Standards" page.
• Only the person requesting the quote can place the order.
• Any price quoted will remain fixed for a period of 3 months and, as with any order, we will request payment in advance.
• Once the order has been processed or 3 months have expired, whichever comes first, the item will be removed from the website.

Please understand that custom orders will usually take longer than 28 days from receipt of payment to despatch. We regret that, once processed, orders for custom items cannot be cancelled.
